Sign in to your club portal

The portal is where club administrators manage their teams and families, and where coaches create and approve updates.

There's no password. Enter your email and we'll send you a secure sign-in link. The portal opens at app.nurtlo.co.uk.

Manage groups, import families by CSV, invite coaches, see the dashboard and set your club's branding.

Open your invite email, sign in with the same address, then pick a child, speak, check and approve.

You don't need to sign in. Updates arrive by email from your child's club. Reply to contact the club.

Having trouble signing in?

I didn't get the sign-in email

Check your spam folder and make sure you used the same email your club invited. Links expire after a short time, so request a new one if needed.

The link opened on the wrong device

Sign-in links log you in on the device where you open them. Request a new link on the device you want to use.

My club isn't set up yet

Use Set up your club. Nurtlo checks each new club before anything is sent to families. Or join the 2027 pilot for guided setup.

I'm a coach and can't see my group

Ask your club administrator to assign you to your group in the portal.
